We offer three shaft sizes (8mm, 12mm and 16mm)  made from premium-grade stainless steel for durability, performance, and corrosion resistance. Our carbide inserts fit snugly in specially machined pockets and are secured with a Torx screw, ensuring safety and longevity. Each tool set includes a suitable Torx spanner.

We provide two shaft systems: the Pico system with a fixed shaft for the Pico handle, and teh Micro, Mega and Giga systems with Double-Ended shafts that holds two different inserts. This allows users to switch between two shapes for enhanced versatility and efficiency.

Our double-ended shafts reduce the number of shafts from four to two, streamlining your toolkit and lowering costs. In the case of the Micro and Mega Systems, the first shaft combines a roughing ‘W’ insert with a detailing ‘V’ insert, while the second pairs a ‘Square’ with a ‘Round’ insert.’  

The 16mm Double Sided Deep Hollowing shaft combines the small 10mm Round insert on one end, and a large ‘W’ insert on the other end.  The Round insert is used for the hollowing function, whilst the ‘W’ insert is used for finishing.
